Instruction for use 1)The simplest sintering temperature measurement method, used for calibration and measuring the actual heationg conditionds of sintering process. 2)Put the mearsuring ring inside the furnace, place it according to different heights and positions. 3)Measurment method:digital caliper to measur the outer diameter of the ring , compare the temperature conversion table to find out the actual temperature value 4)Each ring has a unique batch number and a dedicated table to ensure accuracy and reproducibility. 5)Use temperature measuring rings reqularly to ensure stability of firing quality. Precautions for use A)The ring is pressed with formula powder, handle it with care. B)ZTH-560-660 series, the maximum temperature holding time should not exceed 2 hours C)If the maximum temperature holding time is longer than one hour, there is ringtemperature correction table for correct. D)The ringtemperature correction table 's fired condition:heating rate:2 degrees per minute, holding 60 minute at the target temperature, then cool down. E)Correct measurement data =accurate temperature value, use a digital caliper with two digits below the decimal point to measure the outer diameter. F)If it needs to be used in vacuum condition or reducing atmosphere, such as hydrogen or nitrogen atmosphere , it needs to be pretreated in atmospheric atmosphere. H series thickness is 7mm(as ZTH, UTH, LTH, STH, ETH ---etc) , L series thickness is 3.5mm(as ETL , STL, MTL, HTL--etc) Mode | temperature range-Celsius degrees | Use in vacuum condition or reducing atmosphere , need to do pretreatment first | ZTH-560-660 | 560~660 | * | UTH-660-900 | 660~900 | need | ETH/ETL-850-100 | 850~1100 | need | LTH/LTL-970-1250 | 970~1250 | need | STH/STL-1130-1400 | 1130~1400 | nedd | MTH/MTL-1340-1520 | 1340~1520 | * | HTH/HTL-1450-1750 | 1450~1750 | * | Special crucible for measuring ring The crucibles ensures stable heating conditions .
